Welcome to the Corporation's Performance Indicator site.
Performance Indicators (PIs) provide a measure against which local authorities, housing associations, service users, auditors, inspectors and others can judge how well a landlord is performing. Over time, they also form the basis for promoting and assessing continuous improvement.
The PIs on this site are derived from data provided by associations through regulatory returns and COntinuous Recording (CORE) logs.
There are two significant changes to note for the PIs this year:
- PI information is now provided on housing associations with over 1,000 homes (previously it was 250 homes).
- Following our consultation in 2006, the suite of PIs have changed for this year. Significantly the number of financial PIs has been cut to just one - rent arrears - supported by some contextual indicators.
